The weekend started with a great dinner served under the stars…with lights strung from tree to tree and lanterns hung from high branches. Black lanterns and low vases with green hydrangeas and purple dahlias decorated the tables. Rosemary stalks and cabbage roses created interest in the mixed arrangements. The ceremony was outside as well, under an arbor draped with garland and with mounds of white hydrangeas on each side. Kate used an abundance of green and purple dendrobium orchids for the reception, which looked lovely against her gorgeous linens.
